This project involved alterations to existing common areas throughout an office building in Frankston, VIC, acquired by property investment group Collective Capital. The alterations were undertaken to modernise the building and improve the aesthetic experience of its occupants. Several tenancy fit-outs for individual offices were also undertaken. The common areas renovated included bathrooms, receptions spaces and a large atrium space which included dramatic feature lighting. The project was finished in March 2021.
