East Brunswick Village

An urban renewal project on the site of the former Tontine Pillow Factory. The project involves the construction of a major supermarket on the ground floor podium, alongside a variety of specialty retail tenancies, a cinema, hospitality and commercial spaces. The remainder of the development will include the construction of ten mid-sized apartment blocks containing several hundred one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Total building area will include the majority of the 3.1 hectare site.
