The project involved alterations to the existing building which houses the St James the Apostle Parish Church in Hoppers Crossing, Melbourne, as well as the construction of new additions which will house the church community building. The alterations & additions have seen a much-loved building fabric transformed into a contemporary place of worship. Alongside the addition of gabled extensions, the existing radial floor plan configuration has been retained and expanded, allowing for increased capacity, while also enabling the sanctuary to be increased in scale.
