Homestyle Aged Care: Sunset Views Manor

This project involved the construction of a new two-storey facility which accommodates 120 beds for aged care residential purposes, alongside various communal use facilities such as administration spaces, dining spaces and community facilities. The facility features an innovative small house design with seven ‘houses’. Each residence allows for up to 18 residents to live in self-contained but connected homes, including one home exclusively for people living with dementia. The facility is interconnected by landscaped gardens and paths that promote community connection.
