A mixed-use development comprising three basement levels, a major supermarket, and several specialty retail and hospitality tenancies. The project included three tower blocks containing 240 one-, two- and three-bedroom. The project took 23 months, between Nov 2013 and Oct 2015, and required staged occupancy permits to allow early hand over of the supermarket space on the ground floor. Exclusive resident amenities included: a European Garden, an Indigenous Garden and an Edible Garden; BBQ area; library and secure undercover parking.
