Melbourne East Police Station

This project involved the redevelopment of two separately leased premises on Bourke Street, Melbourne into one united Police Station, including a complete refit of a “cold-shell” premises. Victoria Police now enjoys a new state-of-the-art police station on Bourke Street. The twin premises span 5,500m2, with a shopfront of 500m2. The premises include a new façade complete with awning, and upper-levels housing modern administrative and training facilities.
